DEVELOPMENT / UPDATED OCTOBER 5, 2026
From reference design to measured hardware.
We are preparing our first reference build. Hardware has not yet been acquired, and no physical test results are published here.
Our website films visualize design intent. They are labeled AI concepts and do not show a completed aircraft, an executed repair trial, or operational service.
THE PATH TO EVIDENCE
What is prepared. What comes next.
- Reference preparationPREPARED
Reference configuration, component lists, procurement planning, a measurement worksheet, and comparison procedures are documented. Preparation establishes a repeatable starting point.
- Procurement and receivingNEXT
Acquire the reference hardware after exact variants, fabrication scope, availability, and budget are reviewed. Inspect received parts and record discrepancies before assembly.
- Assembly and measurementPENDING HARDWARE
Record the actual fitted configuration, assembly and rework effort, measured masses, and center of gravity. Keep substitutions and failures visible.
- Bench verificationNOT RUN
Execute reviewed electrical, interface, communications, and repairability procedures. Each result needs its configuration, method, conditions, instruments, and supporting records.
- Development evidencePENDING RESULTS
Publish approved photographs and test summaries after physical work is performed and reviewed. State the limits of each observation and distinguish reference articles from FDI product designs.
How we will report a result.
- Identify the article.
Name the tested configuration and actual changes. - Show the method.
Explain the measurement, conditions, sample size, and instruments. - Report the outcome.
Include failures, observations, and unresolved questions. - Bound the conclusion.
A bench observation supports that configuration and method; broader claims require further evidence.
Catalog families remain in development or planning. Reference-build work does not establish production availability, flight performance, product origin, or certification.
