QMD-CHS-300
Modular Chassis System
Replace the damaged plate, not the airframe.
A modular structural core — plates, beams, battery wall, and hardware — designed for repairability, manufacturing simplicity, and component-level replacement.
The catalog describes product families in development or planning. Production availability, technical data, and delivery timing are confirmed for each engagement.

WHAT IT SOLVES
What it solves
Structural damage to a monolithic airframe usually means replacing the aircraft. The Quiver-MD chassis is built from flat, accessible structural elements — upper, middle, and lower plates, support beams, and a battery wall — each of which is individually manufacturable and individually replaceable.
Architecture
CAPABILITIES
- Component-level structural replacement
- Flat-stock manufacturing (machinable / laser-cut geometry)
- Reduced sustainment burden and simplified inventory
- Domestic production strategy
KEY COMPONENTS
- Upper, middle, and lower chassis plates
- Chassis support beams
- Battery wall
- Structural fastener hardware
- Thermal components where applicable
Technical specifications are configuration dependent and published per program. Detailed values not shown here are TBD — contact engineering.
Manufacturing and sustainment
MANUFACTURING
- 01 CNC machining and laser-cut sheet components
- 02 Deburring, finishing, and inspection
- 03 Kitted structural hardware
SUSTAINMENT
- Plates and beams stocked as discrete spares
- Repair instead of discard after structural damage
- Configuration-controlled revisions
APPLICATIONS
- Quiver-MD airframes
- Structural spares
- Depot repair programs
