QMD-HAR-100
Vehicle Harness System
A damaged cable should not ground an aircraft.
A modular, production-controlled UAS wiring system in which every harness is an individually replaceable, traceable assembly with defined interfaces.
The catalog describes product families in development or planning. Production availability, technical data, and delivery timing are confirmed for each engagement.

WHAT IT SOLVES
What it solves
On most UAS, wiring is treated as part of the airframe: one damaged conductor means depot time or a scrapped vehicle. Quiver-MD's architecture breaks the vehicle's wiring into individually documented harnesses — per-corner ESC power and signal runs, power distribution, flight-controller, navigation, and payload interconnects — so a damaged cable is a line-replaceable part, not a grounding event.
Architecture
CAPABILITIES
- Individually replaceable harness assemblies with defined connector interfaces
- Configuration-controlled builds for production repeatability
- Per-unit traceability designed into the build process
- Domestic cable and harness assembly strategy
- Field replacement without soldering or splicing
KEY COMPONENTS
- Motor / ESC power harnesses (per corner)
- Motor / ESC signal harnesses (per corner)
- Power and battery-controller harnesses
- Flight-controller harnesses
- Navigation / GNSS harnesses
- Communications harnesses
- Payload interconnect harnesses
Technical specifications are configuration dependent and published per program. Detailed values not shown here are TBD — contact engineering.
Manufacturing and sustainment
MANUFACTURING
- 01 Cable preparation and cut-to-length
- 02 Connector termination and strain relief
- 03 Continuity and pinout verification
- 04 Labeling and configuration record
SUSTAINMENT
- Order individual harnesses instead of full looms
- Spares packages sized to harness failure modes
- Documented routing for field replacement
APPLICATIONS
- Quiver-MD sustainment
- OEM harness manufacturing
- Field repair programs
INTEGRATION NOTE — Harness interfaces follow the Quiver-MD architecture; compatible-architecture builds for other airframes are handled as OEM engagements.
